He ranks among the most experienced and most famous rappers of the Czech and Slovak hip-hop scene. He was a member of Trosky which released its eponymous album in 1997. The tracks Tozmemi, Čakám na deň and Atmo Rytmo are classics of the genre. His solo debut came in 2005: the Dobré ráno album with the hit single Na horách. The latest issue, Stereo Farbo Slepo (2012) shows is comfortable in other genres.Born in Zlaté Moravce, he nostalgically reminisces the times he was young, reflects patriotism and differences between Czech Republic and Slovakia. Apart from the singles Branči Kováč, Placebo and Kúsky mňa, the album contains 15 other tracks. Vec received two prizes in the 2013 Radio_Head Awards: Best Act in Hip-Hop/Rap/R’n’B as well as in the most prestigious, the Album of the Year.
