Based in Lyon, France, the band was founded by two brothers: Benn (vocals, guitar) and Victor (vocals, bass guitar). The concept seems quite easy: stand between electronic and rock music and add to the concerts a striking visual image balancing between the legacy of traditional Bauhaus and the irony of pop-art.

The band’s latest album Na Na Na Club bears the influence of films by directors such as Sergio Leone, Robert Rodriguez, John Carpenter and George Romero and of course the influence of the score composers with Ennio Morricone at the lead. Their voices mix in Apple Jelly’s music with the echoes of the records of bands like Gorillaz, Daft Punk and Blur, making it an explosive concoction.
