The body calls itself an “experiential agency” and was founded in 1998. The band’s core is the author of the large part of the material (and a TV director by trade) Martin Rek and the actor Vladislav Georgiev. After many changes in the manning, the band has stabilized with seven players and gone for a bit harder repertoire that is a mixture of blues, rock, jazz, funky and Latino music.

Bandaband primarily plays its original material, occasionally including some of the genre classics or music to the poetry of proven authors like Hrabě, Kainar and Suchý. The album Zážitkomat was released in 2011 and the band presented it at a number of leading festivals, such as Colours of Ostrava and Rawa Blues in Katowice (PL).

Tato, jak sama sebe nazývá, “zážitková agentura” vznikla v roce 1998. Její jádro tvoří autor většiny repertoáru (a v “civilu” televizní režisér) Martin Rek a herec Vladislav Georgiev. Po mnoha personálních změnách se kapela sjednotila na sedmičlenné sestavě a na mítně přtvrzeném repertoáru, který tvoří mix blues, rocku, jazzu, funku i latiny.
Bandaband hraje především vlastní autorské skladby, občas je prokládá žánrovou klasikou nebo zhudebněnou poezií osvědčených jmen typu Hraběte, Kainara či Suchého. V roce 2011 vydala album Zážitkomat, které představila na řadě prestižních festivalů, např. na Colours of Ostrava nebo Rawa Blues v polských Katovicích.
